All offers are non-binding and subject to availability.

Obvious mistakes or errors do not bind Cultuurtickets B.V.

6. Booking and Payment

A booking is established at the moment payment is successfully completed.

After payment, the customer receives a confirmation and tickets by email.

Payments are processed via secure payment methods.

7. Tickets and Access

Tickets are provided digitally and are usually scannable from a smartphone.

The customer is responsible for correctly storing and displaying the ticket.

Each ticket is unique and valid only once.

8. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation or changes are only possible if the provider allows this.

The applicable terms and conditions are clearly stated before completing the booking.

If cancellation is not possible, there is no right to a refund.

Cultuurtickets B.V. cannot deviate from the provider's terms and conditions.

9. Subsidies and Discounts

Any subsidies or discounts depend on personal circumstances and availability.

The applied subsidy amount is made visible during the booking process.

Cultuurtickets B.V. is not liable for changes or the expiration of subsidy schemes.

10. Liability

Cultuurtickets B.V. is not liable for damage resulting from visiting an activity or attraction.

The provider is responsible for the execution and safety of the activity.

The liability of Cultuurtickets B.V. is limited to direct damage as a result of intent or gross negligence.

11. Force Majeure

Cultuurtickets B.V. is not liable for failure to (timely) fulfill obligations as a result of force majeure, including disruptions, pandemics, government measures, strikes, or technical problems.

12. Complaints

Complaints about the execution of an activity must be submitted directly to the provider.

Complaints about the platform can be reported via the contact page of the website.

Cultuurtickets B.V. will handle complaints within a reasonable period.
